The Chiron , a beast on four wheels .

 While other car manufacturers like Ferrari , Porsche and Mclaren decided to embrace the idea that BMW i8 has introduced couple years ago of the hybrid supercar , Bugatti didn't quite recievd the memo and decided instead to introduce what can be by far the genuine opposite meaning of eco or friendly . 

 Last motor show in NewYork , Bugatti unvieled their latest interpretation of the word hypercar and they called it the Chiron . The name might be unusual but in greek mythology , it represents a wise centaur the teachers of greek warriors and I think that the name goes hand in hand with the mission of bugatti which is teaching other manufacturers how supercars need to be crafted . 

 But I guess no one is here for history and mythology lessons so here's some specs of the Chiron for you , the ususal W16 , 8.0 liter turbocharged engine of bugatti is now even more advanced and it develops 1479 Bhps , that 's 1500 firing dragons for you . The torque transfered to all wheels is as you might expect , a whopping 1600 N.m starting from 2000 rpm . 

 The top speed of the Chiron is "limited" to 260 mph but it can hit the 120 mph mark under 6.5 seconds to give you a journey similar to Matthew macconaughey in interstellar . Surely producing such amount of power needs to be tested before handing it over to bugatti's exclusive client , and there's a story about this matter . When Bugatti engineers decided to test the engine in the old facility where the Veyron's engine was developed , the Dino overheated and broke down because of the colossal amount of energy developed by the engine so Bugati decided to build another facility especially developed for this kind of power .

 The company managed to develop a water pump that enables 800 liters of coolant to circulate aroud the engine every minute at high speed , the four turbochargers feeds the engine with 13.000 galons of air every minute for maximum performance to give one last thought about the massive power of this engine , it is enough to say that apollo pilots experience the force of 6G at 248 mph .

Toyota Century MK3, Back to the V8

The Toyota Century , a name that was exclusively meant for Japan. The reason behind the birth of this model was the 100th birthday of Toyata's founder sakichi Toyoda. The Century was meant for Japanese businessmen only because the luxury of Toyota can only be sensed through Lexus globally The first introduction of the Cnetury MK1 was in 1967 and it was only available with a V8 option under the bonet and the model haven't wittnessed any changes for the next 30 years until  the biggest step made in the Japanese automotive history in 1997 .
